The Children Of Irvine Say "We Love New
York"
| Irvine, CA (October 24, 2001) -- In a unified
show of support, hundreds of school kids -- from kindergarten to college grades
-- along with teachers, police officers, firefighters and city officials
demonstrated their show of support for New York City in advance of The National
EPICC Campaign's trip to the Big Apple on Nov. 9 - 12th.
A banner, with hundreds
of messages was displayed and will be brought to NYC from Irvine's schools.
Police and fire trucks with lights and sirens wailing paraded along the streets
as flags and banners were raised in solidarity with New York. [See
